Contracts for work / Outsourcing

Alternatively to temporary employment the contract for specific work develops more and more into a success story. It combines quality and customer orientated service with high profitability.

Outsourcing, contracts for work and services and external services: all these words just mean relief/omission from own, unproductive parts in the company structure.

Everything, that does not belong to the core area of the own business company, will be covered by external experts, who can deal arising jobs with greater efficiency and also greater economy.

Here, we make out two sorts of figurations:

a) Contract for Work and Services

A contract for work and services is used for the documentation of the assessment of our specific performance (such as: number of loaded pallets, number of weld seams, meters of laid pipes, number of loaded trucks, number of installed bits and pieces etc.). In other words, when a „work“ must be done. Usually, the borrower furnishes the respective premises and machines.

b) external Service Contract

The external Service Contract comes into effect, when there is no constant by which the performance of a staff member may be quantified. For instance, when there are no recurrent operatings. Given this fact, a staff member of SELagerlogistic GmbH will provide his work performance for eight hours, without having a direct influence on the number of shipment orders he is receiving. Basis for cost accounting in external service contracts are fixed rates per hour, per day or per week. Beyond that, working within an external service contract is not confined to the premises of the client, but may as well be performed in specially equipped storage depots of SELagerlogistic GmbH.
